We may refuse to provide services to any customer acting aggressively, threatening or improperly.
Any warranty claim or refund requires proof of purchase. Please choose carefully because you may not be eligible for a refund if you just change your mind and find it cheap and decide whether you don’t like the purchase or not.
If you change your mind about the product you purchase, we may, at our sole discretion, arrange replacements, store credits or refunds, provided that the purchase and product status is met.
Gadget Masters provide 3 months of limited Warranty on all the services.
Any warranty claim may be verified by the supplier or manufacturer and may take up to 14 days.
Warranty requirements for service work cover the parts and labor provided in the Service and do not include other parts or goods not included in the payment receipt.
Warranty on the service will be void if:
- Physically damaged object (accidental or other)
- Liquid damage on the items after repairs
- Third parties attempt to repair the device.
Upon completion of the repair we will contact the customer using the details provided and make arrangements for the customer to collect your device. In the event of failing to collect the device within 3 months, the device will be disposed of at our absolute discretion unless alternative collection arrangements are agreed to by us in writing.
Warranty on buying product from store does not include:
- wear & tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Damage either accidental or otherwise
- Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Consequential damage
- Physical or Liquid damage
